Purchased a subcompact grapple for my tractor in April. It arrived quickly and in great shape. After I purchased the correct fitting for my tractor, not their fault, they sent what I requested, I put it to work for 3 hours. What an awesome attachment! Worked very well. But, not their fault, one of the cylinders developed a leak at the 90 degree fitting and upon further inspection it appeared to be tapped on a slight angle and would not seal. They quickly rushed out a new cylinder and after install back at it with no leaks. Wonderful product, great service and an American company! I would buy again from them anytime I needed something, you should too.
